1. Only registered authors’ manuscripts will be included in the proceedings.
  2. If your submission is multi-authored and additional authors would like to attend the conference, each additional participant has to register and pay the registration fee separately.
  3. Every registered participant (standard participation with accommodation) will receive conference proceedings, admission to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunch for two days, one official dinner.
  4. Cancellation Policy: If we receive your written cancellation before February 10, 2020, the registration fees will be refunded, deducted by an administrative fee 20 . There will be no refunds for cancellations received after February 29, 2020.
  5. Refund policy: If the organizer cancels this event due to unpredictable disasters, unforeseen circumstances, and wars, you will receive a credit refund for 75% of the registration fee paid. Or you may use full credit for another conference organized by us within one year.
